Winter 2027 Vendor Partner Opportunities

Connect with educators and leaders from California’s independent study community at the CCIS Winter 2027 Conference, February 1-3, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame. Explore vendor packages and hosting opportunities that put your company in front of the people supporting independent learners across the state.

Choose Your Vendor Package

All vendor packages include one exhibit table with a power cord, WiFi, breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Choose Platinum ($5,000), Diamond ($3,000), or Gold ($1,500) to match your participation goals. Platinum and Diamond include a second representative at no additional charge; Gold includes one representative. Review the complete benefits in the registration form below.

Need more space or additional representatives? Add a 6-foot table for $100 or an additional representative for $75.

Host a Conference Experience

Host the Independent Study Compliance Training ($2,000), the Reception ($4,000), or the Morning Welcome Rock/Paper/Scissors activity ($1,000 plus two company prizes). Hosting opportunities can be purchased separately or added to a vendor package. Hosting alone does not include a vendor table.

Exclusive hosting opportunities are awarded on a first-ordered, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

    Vendor packages include a primary representative. For hosting-only participation, enter the person CCIS should contact about your hosting selection.

    Complete this section if a second representative will attend. Platinum and Diamond include a second representative at no additional charge. For Gold, count the second representative in the paid additional-representative quantity below.

    03 Add tables & representatives

    Available with a vendor package. Enter whole numbers; leave at zero if not needed.



    Count only representatives beyond the included allowance: two for Platinum or Diamond, or one for Gold. Do not count the included second Platinum or Diamond representative as a paid addition.


    04 Add a hosting opportunity

    Purchase hosting separately or add it to a vendor package. Hosting does not include a vendor table. For hosting-only participation, choose at least one option.

    • Announcement and up to three slides preceding the presentation.

    • A thank-you slide at the end.

    • Four rotating slides in the slide deck during the hosted reception.

    • Signage at the entrance.

    • Space for casual questions and answers.

    • Host the Rock/Paper/Scissors social activity.

    • Provide first- and second-place company prizes.

    • Announcement and a slide in the slide deck.

    Exclusive hosting opportunities are awarded on a first-ordered, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

    05 Responsibility

    CCIS Partners assume responsibility and agree to indemnify and defend the California Consortium for Independent Study and The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, along with their respective employees and agents, against any claims or expenses arising from the use of the exhibition premises. The exhibitor understands that neither the California Consortium for Independent Study nor the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport maintains insurance covering the exhibitor's property, and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
