Tables will be pre-assigned and labeled with your company name. All tables will be draped. Partners are encouraged to have “interest cards” at their table to collect contact information from participants interested in follow-up after the conference. Due to legal constraints, CCIS cannot provide an “Attendee List.”

You will receive a confirmation letter including shipping instructions and your exhibit location.
Program Advertising
Please provide camera-ready, black & white JPEG files. The deadline to receive artwork is November 30, 2024.
Passport Program and Door Prizes
We appreciate the donation of a door prize (book, gift certificate, etc.) to be awarded during a general session at the end of the conference (approximately 4:30 p.m.). Partners who donate a prize will participate in our Passport Program and receive special mention in the conference program.
When a conference attendee visits your table, please initial their passport. Attendees who visit all tables and complete their passport will be eligible for the “Partner Passport Door Prize Drawing” at the end of the conference. The Passport Program has been very popular and will increase traffic to your table.
About CCIS
The California Consortium for Independent Study is a professional organization for educational providers serving students from kindergarten through high school in public school districts, county offices, and charter schools throughout the state. Educators work with students of diverse interests and abilities, requiring materials that are on-grade level, advanced, and remedial. Attendees are eager to learn about resources to help prepare students for the high school exit examination, the Common Core Standards, PE standards, and online course design and delivery. Schools often have computer labs or classroom computers, and many districts have installed interactive technologies and software. Independent study is an alternative education option that has grown significantly in recent years. Our annual conferences have attracted between 300-450 attendees each.
