CUE’s New Blended Online Lesson Design (BOLD) Symposium – May 6-7, 2017

CUE has announced its new Blended Online Lesson Design (BOLD) Symposium, taking place May 6-7, 2017 at Burton Valley Elementary School, in Lafayette, California. Registration is open at www.cue.org/BOLD/.

The BOLD Symposium was created to enhance both the skills and visions of District Office, County Level, Site Level Administrators, TOSAs, Tech Coaches, and classroom educators. The event will feature three unique strands: the Lesson Maker’s Faire, the Classroom Simulator and the first-ever BOLD Classroom design showcase.

Twenty of CUE’s Lead Learners will be sharing their most innovative 1:1 and blended lessons in the CUE Lesson Maker’s Faire – where attendees will have access to all the project-oriented and highly digital lesson plans via Google Slides that any teacher can rapidly adapt and use. This will be a valuable opportunity for districts and educators seeking to move their classrooms to the cloud and to leverage best practices in their districts, schools and classrooms.

BOLD Classroom

The Classroom Simulator Strand will feature Learning Management Systems and top platform vendors in hands-on sessions that allow district decision-makers to go inside and experience these innovative tools and processes first hand, as a student and a teacher.
