Jack Millsap

Jack Millsap is the Director of Alternative Education for the Fortuna High School District, in Fortuna, California. He is the principal of Academy of the Redwoods, which is a Middle College High School, the district’s independent study program and oversees East High School, which is the district’s continuation school. He has worked for the district since 2000 and is also a graduate of the district. Jack taught high school English for 8 years and ISP for 4 years before becoming an administrator and has been the principal of the program for 11 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, multiple subjects and teaching credential from Cal Poly Humboldt and his administrative credential and Master’s degree from National University.
