Sarah McFarland

Sarah McFarland is the Director of Educational Technology at Visions In Education in Northern California, where she leads instructional innovation and technology integration to support student achievement across a TK–12 independent study charter school. Sarah has worked in education for more than two decades, with experience in instructional leadership, educational technology, and systems-level school improvement. She holds a Masters degree, is a UC Berkeley AI systems expert, TedX accelerator speaker, Google Certified Teacher, and Certified Chief Technology Officer and author on Leading AI in Schools. She is dedicated to helping educators and school leaders prepare students to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
